Out here in Houston,TX enjoying the fall weather...about to endure this 5K...sunny, kool, and breezy. Allen Parkway is our destination, (one of Houstons best landscapes). Doing it for the breast.

Great Seafood!!!

Found something to pair with my South African white wine. Here we go....Fried jumbo shrimp stuffed with krab meat topped with lobster sauce and accompanied with rice and asparagus and hollandaise sauce
Fresh sea skallops and serrano peppers wrapped with bacon then grilled and served over a spinach puree and topped with lobster tells tequila sauce.

I was looking for something to go with one of my favorite Moscatos from Texas. Dutchman Family wineries make great wines. This is Gulf Shrimp w/ bacon goat cheese grits, greens, and paquillo red peppers.
