Great Seafood!!!

Found something to pair with my South African white wine. Here we go....Fried jumbo shrimp stuffed with krab meat topped with lobster sauce and accompanied with rice and asparagus and hollandaise sauce
Fresh sea skallops and serrano peppers wrapped with bacon then grilled and served over a spinach puree and topped with lobster tells tequila sauce.
